Where do you deliver?
This concept proposes delivery to Dubai Marina, JLT, Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Arabian Ranches and nearby Dubai communities. A delivery fee would be quoted by area before confirmation.
How much notice do you need?
Allow 3–4 days for cupcakes and dessert boxes, at least 5 days for celebration cakes, and 7–14 days for detailed custom designs. Availability would be confirmed before payment.
Can I personalise my order?
Yes — colours, a short message and simple themes can be included in a quote. Complex decorations and tiered cakes require a custom enquiry.
Can you accommodate allergies?
The proposed kitchen handles wheat, eggs, milk, nuts and soy. Cross-contact cannot be ruled out. Always discuss allergies before ordering; no item is advertised as allergen-free.
How do deposits work?
The illustrative policy is a 50% deposit after the design, date and total price are agreed, with the balance due before delivery. This demo accepts no payments.
Can I change or cancel an order?
The illustrative policy allows changes up to 5 days before delivery, subject to availability. Cancellation before ingredient purchasing would receive a refund less any agreed design costs; later cancellations would be reviewed against work already completed. Final terms must be confirmed before a real order.
