In the imagined Sift & Saffron kitchen, baking begins with an occasion: a birthday candle, a new arrival, or friends coming over after a long week.
The fictional founder, Mariam, builds her recipes around familiar flavours and careful finishing — soft vanilla sponge, deep chocolate, a little citrus and buttercream piped by hand.
The idea is simple: beautiful bakes that feel personal, with clear prices and a friendly conversation before every order.
